MassaSonic SonAire enables continuous level monitoring in remote locations like manure lagoons, feed bins, fuel day tanks and irrigation systems. The sensor is housed in a durable, extreme weather-resistant PVDF housing that resists most every agricultural chemical or fertilizer. Set-up is straight-forward and once operational, the unit can operate off its compact battery pack for up to four years. Battery change-out is quick and inexpensive since the SonAire uses four AA batteries.

Distance ranging options are available from 4 inches-13 feet in either general purpose or intrinsically safe models. Once SonAire is set-up, it collects readings up to 1 mile which are then relayed through a Zigbee X4 gateway to the monitoring interface. Up to 10 sensors per gateway hot spot means easy addition of new data nodes.
