Clark State has a rich history in agriculture studies. The precision agriculture program brings together a solid core of agriculture classes and adds the precision ag components to provide students the information be successful. The curriculum is designed to prepare students for employment with companies using geospatial technologies, including geographic information systems (GIS) and global positioning systems (GPS). Additionally, unmanned aerial systems (UAS) will be utilized in addition to land-based sensors to gather data. Data analytics will be used to interpret data and make timely and meaningful recommendations to users. This is a two-year associates degree.
