Fastrac 4000 Series
Tech Specs: JCB’s all-new Fastrac 4000 Series tractors build upon core features including multiple implement mounting points, sophisticated all-round suspension for fast operational speeds and a high-specification braking system for safety, stability and comfort. Four-wheel steering is standard to ensure a tighter turning circle and selectable steering ratio. A more sophisticated suspension system can provide side-to-side self-leveling as well as front and rear, and the ability to ‘squat’ under demountable equipment for quicker and easier implement change-over. The hydraulics system delivers higher oil flows in a more efficient manner to handle demanding implements. Electronic spool valves provide finger-tip control, and both timer and flow functions are adjustable from within the cab. The CVT transmission provides seamless acceleration and deceleration, speed adjustment and selectable modes that help the operator optimize performance and fuel economy. The Command Plus cab design includes a roof window, cool box, MP3 player and Bluetooth radio for hands-free mobile phone use, and a deluxe suspension seat. Different transmission and engine control strategies are easily engaged using the touchscreen controller.
WOW Factor: Designed to operate implements front and rear, and to make productive use of the rear deck area behind the cab. The machine has travel speeds of up to 38 mph at just 1,600 rpm, for maximum fuel economy. Additional productivity gains include ability to execute sweeping headland turns 40% quicker than a three-point turn for plowing and cultivation.
Cemos Automatic
Tech Specs: The Claas Cemos Automatic system on the Lexion combine automatically senses changing harvest conditions and continuously adjusts the separation and cleaning settings on the combine to maximize performance. With a push of a button, the operator can activate the system. The machine then adjusts five key system settings automatically— rotor speed, rotor covers, fan speed and upper- and lower-sieve positions. The rotor speed and the rotor cover positions are automatically adjusted to optimize grain separation. The fan speed, the upper- and lower-sieve positions receive on-the-fly adjustments to maintain the cleanest grain sample. Operators have the choice of four pre-programmed optimization strategies including maximum throughput, grain cleanliness, fuel economy and a combination of all three.
Compatibility Index: Available Factory Installed
WOW Factor: Works to make the most of the advanced separation and cleaning system on the Lexion combine. More acres per hour, less grain loss and cleaner samples are results that will improve the harvest operation experience.
SpeedTube
Tech Specs: Plant two times faster without sacrificing accuracy. Powered with a 12 volt motor and integrated controller and seed sensor, SpeedTube has a belt that spins at a rate that changes with planter speed. By eliminating seed roll, operators get optimal seed placement while planting at two times the speed they’ve planted in the past.
Compatibility Index: Exclusively Aftermarket Product
WOW Factor: Allows farmers to increase speed and ensure spacing accuracy, while maximizing planting window. Designed with performance, durability and ease-of-use as the core objectives.
