ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. — Messick Farm Equipment is excited to announce the start of their 2015 Christmas Light Show. This is the third year that Messick's will be hosting a drive through Christmas Light Show at their Elizabethtown, Pa., store. The animated light show is open to the public and features over 70,000 colorful lights covering the stores, light poles and dozens of Kubota tractors, that dance to choreographed holiday music for a visually thrilling experience. The event provides a fun filled experience that all ages can enjoy without having to leave the warmth of their car.
The light show is open from Dec. 5-28 and runs approximately every 15 minutes in the evening.
Over the past 2 years, Messick's has raised over $50,000 for local charities throughout the event. Volunteer attendants will be directing traffic, assisting in parking and collecting donations throughout the evening. Donations collected from the event this year will benefit Paxton Street Ministries, Water Street Rescue Mission, Mennonite Disaster Service, Elizabethtown Community Cupboard and Habitat for Humanity.
