The Mixmate chemical blending system by Praxidyn is a valuable asset to any setup - stationary or portable. Several options are available: Mixmate Pro, Mixmate Fusion, Mixmate Stack, and Mixmate SuperStack. Mixmate Fusion measures by flow for automatic chemical mixing from bulk products and a specially designed plastic inductor which measures by weight combining the best Mixmate features in a compact and economical package. This new plastic inductor with a stainless steel frame design has a high flow rate rinsing system for better handling of dry products. Our patent pending jug process drains, weighs, rinses, and records the data from a jug in about 12 seconds. Simultaneously measure multiple products for fast mixing speeds - typical time to fill a large sprayer is 4 to 8 minutes. The system can easily be expanded with additional bulk inputs and water measurement options. Mixmate is a fully automated chemical blending and recordkeeping system with modular options for portable or stationary installations and measurement by weight or volume. The Android app controls the system and captures the records automatically. The app synchronizes with our Intersect cloud service for data backup and provides access from the office. Mixmate Flow

• Most mixing systems available today use flow or volume-based measurements. The Mixmate Flow price and features compare well with these manual and automated systems. A Mixmate Inductor can be added at any time to give features that are not available with any other system. All flowmeters and scales work simultaneously for fast blending speeds. Batches will normally be mixed as fast as the water can be pumped to reduce expensive idle time.

Mixmate Inductor

• The inductor weighs the products as they are added to the mix. Our patent-pending jug processing will empty, measure, rinse, reconcile and record the contents of a 2.5-gallon jug in approximately 12 seconds. One of Mixmate’s patented features is the ability to adjust the batch for field conditions. The batch is automatically calculated according to the current conditions. The operator does not need to make decisions or do the calculations, which reduces errors.
