Washington, D.C., April 11, 2019 - Registration is now open for AgGateway's Mid-Year Meeting, June 10-13 at Prairie Meadows in Altoona, Iowa, just outside of Des Moines. Attendees will be able to learn about and participate in discussions on a variety of initiatives geared toward enabling the industry's transition to digital agriculture; the meeting also features many valuable networking opportunities.
This year's general session speaker is Dr. John Fulton of Ohio State University, who will discuss new research on grower adoption of precision agriculture technologies, and the trends shaping those precision advances. Other highlights include working discussions on improving efficiency in agronomic production, efforts to enable traceability, improved digital resources, and more. In addition, the AgGateway board will roll out the AgGateway 2020 plan, with exciting changes underway to strengthen the AgGateway organization to meet member and industry needs in digital connectivity.
Registration is just $250 for both members and non-members. The special hotel rate at Prairie Meadows available until May 22 is $122/night.
