Charter Software, a Kubota-approved DMS, has added KOARS invoice download capabilities to the Kubota integration. Now in addition to the KubotaLink, Locator, iKQ and K-PAD EPC its users can save time and eliminate duplicate manual entries using the ASPEN Kubota Invoice Download Interface.

Parts invoices can be configured to create packing slips, making it faster and easier to receive parts. Receipts and new vouchers in ASPEN pull all the information from the Kubota invoice automatically into the specified accounts. Invoices are quickly loaded directly from Kubota in ASPEN’s accounts payables. Existing ASPEN vouchers are easily reconciled to Kubota invoices, and PDF invoice copies are attached to ASPEN vouchers.
