“So many times dealerships hire somebody, they're not the right fit or they're not what we thought they were and we have a difficult time making a change. In reality, you really need to make the change and you can't allow that to go on very long.
You need to make it sooner rather than later,” says Scott Hoober, on the importance of creating a culture within an organization that is built around hiring and retaining people who pay attention to the details.
