Dealers are encouraged to nominate their strip-till customers for the 2022 class of Strip-Till Innovators. 

The Strip-Till Innovator Awards, hosted by Strip-Till Farmer magazine and sponsored by Montag Mfg., are open to individual growers in the U.S. and Canada who have made a significant contribution to the advancement of strip-till farming, regardless of the crop grown, brand of equipment and seed or crop protection products used.

Nominations are due by Tuesday, March 15. Dealers can nominate their customers using this online form or faxing/mailing a paper copy.

The 2022 Strip-Till Innovator Awards winner will be recognized at the 9th annual National Strip-Tillage Conference in Iowa City, Iowa, July 26-27. The receipiant will receive complimentary conference registration and lodging for the duration of the conference, as well as a special token of appreciation to commemorate their achievements.

The 2021 Strip-Till Innovator was Ben Pederson from Vital Grains Farm in Lake Mills, Iowa. In this video series from Strip-Till Farmer, he discusses the techniques and equipment he uses in his strip-till operation to make the business more sustainable, environmentally friendly and profitable.
