Shortlines Krone and Lemken partnered to create an autonomous machine for forage harvesting and tillage. They’re calling it the Combined Powers autonomous process unit. The machine has a cabless diesel-electric drive unit capable of up to 170 kilowatts or 230 horsepower to pull various implements.

A limited production of John Deere’s debut green-on-green See & Spray Ultimate targeted spraying system will be available for order later this year. The factory-installed system consists of 36 cameras mounted on a 120-foot boom to detect weeds among corn, soybeans and cotton using artificial intelligence and machine learning.
