NEXAT System Turns Heads in Soy City
Terrakamp’s NEXAT “all-in-one” system seemed to generate non-stop booth traffic throughout the Farm Progress Show in Decatur, Ill. The system can autonomously perform all the major crop-related functions including harvesting, spraying, planting and more. It’s currently running in the Dakotas, where it’s already performed harvest and ground prep operations.
Terrakamp’s NEXAT system is generating a lot of buzz here at the Farm Progress Show. NEXAT can be used for spraying, planting, harvesting and more. We caught up with Terrakamp CEO Joseph Jandrisch, who says the unit is designed more like a locomotive than a tractor. #FPS2023 pic.twitter.com/5riN7TK6GI

On this episode of RealAgriculture Soil School, Bernard Tobin reports on 3 soil testing and mapping technologies — GroundWork, SoilOptix and SWAT Maps.
The Origin Story of College Football’s Greatest Tradition
As the NCAA football season gets underway, all should know the facts of the greatest tradition in college sports. So, what does this University of Wisconsin video clip have to do with Precision Farming Dealer magazine? Well, we are headquartered in the Dairy State, home to a great many precision dealers and manufacturers and well, our president Mike Lessiter is an alum. Mike took his dad, Frank (Lessiter Media founder), to this game (birthday present) to witness this pivotal moment in history.
