When the Trimble GFX display is connected to the internet, the app allows a service technician to see what’s on a farmer’s screen and even push the buttons to configure or calibrate displays remotely.
With remote support tools, I can solve problems with precision equipment over the phone in minutes and only bill for that short amount of time, rather than the phone time plus hours of travel to the grower's location.
