Farm Equipment's new series gathers insights and best practices from a highly-successful dealership — 4-store John Deere operation Alliance Tractor — and brings them to our dealer audience in focused, seasonal print (check out the first article in the April/May issue of Farm Equipment) and digital articles that cover the company’s successes and challenges throughout 2024, from all departments (sales, parts, service and precision).
The series details Farm Equipment editors’ on-location visits at the dealership’s Vincennes store in southwest Indiana each quarter, covering each season and its unique opportunities and challenges. Series includes on-farm visits to one of the company’s leading farmers in its AOR — award-winning farmer Ray McCormick.
The series takes an intimate look at the dealership’s operations, shadowing key employees in their day-to-day tasks in addition to examining seasonal trends over the course of the year.
In addition, each article is accompanied by several videos featuring insights on the challenges, goals and lessons learned. Subscribers can expect a comprehensive breakdown of how the year unfolds at Alliance Tractor with actionable takeaways for their own business through this in-depth “boots on the ground” story of one store’s journey through 2024.
The inaugural Boots on the Ground series was made possible through the support of Yetter Farm Equipment.
